Intel has released new processors for mobile internet device. Intel® Atom™. Intel claimed that Intel® Atom™ is the smallest chip. Built with the world smallest transistors. Intel® Atom™ composed from 47 million transistors packed up in one chips with diameter 25 mm ², smaller than 1 US Penny coin.

Intel claimed too that Intel® Atom™ consumption less energy than other Intel processor. That processor made with high-k silicon from Hafnium material.
